Consultation
Our sales and marketing representative, assisted by our engineering department and plant manager, will collaborate with the designer and owner to clearly define the needs of the facility, review current and long term program requirements, review various design possibilities and recommend the system that will exceed the expectations of the client and designer within budget. We will also work closely with other consultants to the designer to insure that the total operating system is compatible, complete and efficient.

Design Engineering and Specification
Through our engineering department, mechanical drawings specific for the project will be developed to insure complete system compatibility with the site and performance requirements. All details will be evaluated in order to meet all regulatory requirements and good engineering practices. During this development stage specific specifications will be developed and verified so that the equipment bid will fulfill the needs assessment.

Product Distribution, Start-up, Warranty and Customer Service
Through our nationwide distribution network, the equipment specified will be bid to the installers. We can provide factory trained supervision to the successful bidder to insure correct installation. After completion of the project, we can start up the equipment, perform any appropriate warranty and train the owner's representative on the equipment’s operation. All follow up service, training, repairs and parts, if required, are important components of the Visual Vacuum Filter Company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
